Guest arrival
Add parking options that should appear on the public registration portal and future Digital Program.
Lodging
Configure the official room block shown to guests on the event page and after registration.
Registration
Guests reserve their seats first and then pay. Set how long they have to pay. Leave both deadline fields blank for no deadline.
When both are set, the earlier deadline applies. Only reservations the guest hasn't reported as paid are reminded or released; anything the guest says they've paid waits for the Treasurer.
Public registration site
Tell guests where to get help with registration or event questions.
Guest experience
Meal choices are authoritative in Studio so registration, forecasting, finance, and event operations all use the same user-defined menu.
Configure the choices guests see during registration. Ticket prices are published from Finance.
Seating & ballroom
Control how public seats are held and progressively released during registration.
Guest information
These questions appear near the bottom of the public registration page.
Ballroom
This configuration drives the admin seating chart, guest seat selection, capacity meter, and seating reports.
Venue layout
Use Venue Design Studio to place these authoritative tables around the stage, walkways, and other ballroom features.

Reducing table or seat counts will be blocked if existing registrations occupy the affected seats.
Participating Organizations
Manage the organizations available for registration, reporting, ceremony administration, and Venue Design Studio color coding.
Event Branding
Configure the organizations and logos that represent the ceremony on guest-facing pages and ceremony publications.
Confirm the connected experiences guests will use after registration and on event day.
Ceremony payment configuration · read only

The approved QR image guests see. Change it in Payment Collection.
Guests can pay only after the Ball has a saved payment record.
Review & publish
Review the event as guests will experience it, then publish using the control panel.
